The Diocese of Rockford has requirements for all volunteers that need to be met. Whether you volunteer as a catechist, choir member, lector, mass coordinator, funeral luncheon worker, extraordinary minister, cleaner of the church, or any other ministry of the church, we need you to read five documents and sign the accompanying form. We have 5-6 printed copies at the mass coordinators desk of the documents for those who want to check out or read on the premises. We also have the papers to sign saying you read them. Below are online versions which include the forms. You can read them online and sign the papers at church or print just the last page and sign (the last page is usually the one for the signature). Even if you have previously done the Sexual Misconduct Norms, it has been modified last January (so you need to do it again now).
In addition to these documents and forms, we are all required to take the Protecting God's Children which is also available online in English. Click here for the information on that.
