St. Mary Catholic School welcomes all families seeking a private Catholic education. Founded in 1916, St. Mary School has been educating boys and girls in the Woodstock community for over 100 years, and we are now accepting new families, preschool through eighth grade, for the 2026-27 school year!

The school building is closed for the month of July for maintenance projects. However, voicemails and e-mails will be checked and returned during this time.

Tuition Payments
St. Mary School will be using the FACTS program to process tuition for the school year.
FACTS serves more than three million students and families at over 11,000 schools and manages $9 billion in tuition funds annually.
FACTS will offer our intended payment plans and provides outstanding customer service to families in a timely manner. As parents, you will receive email reminders for payments, be able to pay athletic and field trip fees through your account and be assured your information is secure.

Do you need before or after school care?
Tax Information
In using the new FACTS program, St. Mary will no longer send home letters regarding information about tuition payments for tax purposes. Please log into your FACTS account and follow the steps below:
1. Step 1: Select "View Details."
2. Step 2: Select "View Payment Summary"
3. Step 3: Select the year and then Print and you will be able to view the School and Federal Tax ID information.
