Opportunities for Music

Mass Choir: Grades 3-8

"Come, let us sing for joy to the Lord; let us shout aloud to the Rock of our salvation. Let us come before him with thanksgiving and extol him with music and song." Psalm 85

Join the Mass choir and sing at our weekly Wednesday morning Mass. This is an opportunity for students to continue their music education, creative expression, and serve the Lord with their unique gifts.

Concert Choir: Grades 5-8
Students in Concert Choir rehearse once a week and perform a concert at Christmas & in the Spring.  Students will work on technique and basic part-singing. The repertoire is sacred and secular choral music.

Band: Grades 4-8
Band is offered at St. Mary through a contracted company. Students will have the opportunity to try out various instruments before selecting their instrument of choice. Students will have regular band practices and concerts, as well.

Theater Department

St. Mary school has two theatrical productions each year, one in the fall and one in the spring.  The fall show is for students in grades 2-4, and the spring production is for grades 5-8.  Productions are rehearsed after school hours.
